HIGHLY SENSITIVE: AquaVial PRO can detect a wide range of bacteria, fungi and biofilm, including Mycobacteria and Legionella.

ONE-STEP WATER TESTING: A simple system using a disposable syringe for sampling and a needle-shaped filter for sample concentration and for removing potential chemical interference.

WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS: The sample filtration and concentration procedure is simple, yet very efficient in eliminating interference from biological, and chemical contaminants.

Description Applications Tech Specs FAQ
AquaVial PRO is a water quality screening tool designed for professionals in water treatment. It is used to monitor microbial levels and biofilm formation in drinking water, as well as for Legionella control and the effectiveness of water disinfection systems. AquaVial PRO detects bacteria, fungi, and biofilm levels above 200 CFU/ml, making it an efficient warning system for high-risk water sources, including medical and dental systems

Unlike specific tests targeting individual microorganisms, AquaVial PRO uses a non-specific method to detect viable cells, providing a reliable and easy-to-use alternative to ATP or chromogenic dye-based tests. It offers cost-effective environmental monitoring when paired with laboratory microbial identification testing.
  • Agriculture
  • Commercial pools
  • Water treatment
  • Reused water
  • Beach water testing
  • Types of water: Salt, brackish, fresh, pool water, drinking water, grey water, waste water
  • The detection limit is tunable, and it depends on the sample volume used for testing. For a 100 ml test sample, the detection limit is 100 CFU/ml, and for a 20 ml test sample, the detection limit is 500 CFU/ml (or equivalent MPN value).
  • Visual detection of bacteria, fungi and biofilm in 15 to 30 minutes.
Q: How many tests can be done with one kit?

A: Each box contains everything you need for 3/12/24 tests.

Q: What happens if I add less or too much water?

A: The test is designed to use a specific sample concentration ratio, so it is important to use the right sample volume to ensure the accuracy of the result.
